SJC is the third branch of Student Government. It is composed of
five Justices headed by a Chief Justice and an Assistant Chief Justice. SJC issues the definitive interpretation of the Student Government Constitution. Along with this responsibility, SJC can decide cases involving students vs. organizations, intra-organizational disputes and inter-organizational disputes.
SJC is governed by Rules of Procedure and A Code of Conduct. Furthermore, SJC runs its hearings according to a prescribed structure. Currently Reggie Barker and Chris Hammond serve as Chief Justice and Associate Chief Justice, respectively. However, due to the election season, they will be taking a leave of absence from their positions, and their positions will be filled by Colleen Drakage and Michael Magovac.

In addition to overseeing Student Government hearings, SJC also delegates members to serve as student advisors for students going through Student Judicial Board hearings. In the drop down menu to the right is a list of the current members of SJC. Please feel free to contact any of the members with questions or comments regarding SJC or SJB.
